Description: Cell-based therapies are gaining traction in the clinic, but challenges remain to make them safe and efficacious. The Kelley Laboratory recently developed a new high-throughput profiling approach that identifies highly potent, tumor-reactive cells for autologous cell therapy and are exploring the application of the strategy in tumor models.
